Vikramaditya Motwane’s reveals title of cyber thriller starring Ananya Panday

Vikramaditya Motwane recently revealed the title of his upcoming cyber-thriller, starring Ananya Panday. Earlier this year, Ananya announced that she has signed a film with Motwane. About a month later, the director and actor posted photos on Instagram stating that the shoot has been wrapped.

In an interview with Mid-Day recently, Motwane unveiled the name of the film. Titled Control, the film is “computer-generated” and will be “flitting between screens; centred on an Instagram influencer,” shared Motwane.

The filmmaker known for Sacred GamesTrappedLootera and Udaan, recently released Jubilee, a web series woven around the Hindi film industry of the 1940s-50s. Ananya, on the other hand, has Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, co-starring Siddhanth Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gourav. It is produced by Zoya Akhtar and directed by Arjun Varain Singh. Ananya will also be seen in Dream Girl 2, co-starring Ayushmann Khurrana. It was supposed to release on July 7 and a few days ago, the makers announced that it will now release on August 25. Ananya also has a web series, Call Me Bae, in the pipeline.
