Sushmita Sen resumes the filming of season three of Aarya 

Nearly a month ago, Sushmita Sen suffered a heart attack, and the actor revealed the news through her Instagram handle and disclosed that she underwent an angioplasty

After a brief break due to a heart attack, actor and former Miss Universe Pageant title holder Sushmita Sen resumed filming for the third season of the Disney+ Hotstar show Aarya. Sushmita Sen announced the news through her Twitter handle by dropping a new poster and a brief video clip. 

The video showcases the actor making some moves with two swords in her hands, and the text reads, "One life, twice the strength, it's time for round three". Sushmitha captioned the video, "She's meaner. She's fearless. She's back. Aarya Season 3 resumes shoot."  

Earlier, Sushmita Sen suffered a heart attack, and the actor revealed the news through her Instagram handle. She said that she underwent an angioplasty. In another Instagram post shared earlier this month, she announced her one-month of angioplasty and hinted at resuming the work commitments. 

Co-created by Ram Madhvani and Sandeep Modi, Aarya is a crime-thriller-drama in which Sushmita essays the titular role. The actor has earned a broad appreciation for her portrayal as a mafia queen who seeks revenge against those who killed her husband.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Sushmita has wrapped the filming for Taali, a biopic on transgender activist Gauri Sawant.
