Tooth Pari: When Love Bites trailer out

Tooth Pari: When Love Bites trailer out

On Tuesday, Netflix released the trailer of its upcoming original web series Tooth Pari: When Love Bites. The series stars Tanya Maniktala (A Suitable Boy, 2020) and Shantanu Maheshwari, who made his Hindi cinema debut with the Alia Bhatt-led Gangubai Kathiawadi (2022). 

The trailer of the series starts by showing Rumi (Maniktala) as a vampire who goes to Dr Roy (Maheshwari) to get her tooth fixed. They then fall in love, but Roy gets suspicious of her activities. It is then revealed to him that she is a vampire. Actor and director Revathy is shown as the villain who threatens Rumi. Will Roy and Rumi continue their relationship, and whether Rumi defeats the evil forces, forms the rest of the story. 

Tooth Pari: When Love Bites is directed by Pratim Dasgupta and is set in Kolkata. The series also stars Sikander Kher, Adil Hussain, Saswata Chatterjee and Tillotama Shome.

The series is produced by Endemol Shine India. Tooth Pari: When Love Bites series will premiere on Netflix on April 20.
