Makers of Adipurush release new poster of Hanuman
Devadutt Nage is playing the role of Hanuman in the film
On the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti, the makers of Adipurush have released a poster of television actor Devadutt Nage, who will be playing the role of Hanuman in this VFX-heavy reinterpretation of the Ramayana. The poster features the actor in character, deep in meditation while seated in a padmasana position.
Adipurush, written and directed by Om Raut, stars Prabhas in the lead role. Though originally a Hindi language film, Adipurush will be released in all major South Indian languages as well. Kriti Sanon, Sunny Singh and Saif Ali Khan play pivotal roles in the film. Adipurush is produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar of T-Series along with Om Raut's home production Retrophiles.
The music of the film is composed by Ajay-Atul, with Karthik Palani handling the cinematography. Apurva Motiwale, Sahai and Ashish Mhatre are the editors of the film. Adipurush will hit the theatres on June 16.
