Diana Penty will be seen starring alongside Amitabh Bachchan in the upcoming courtroom drama-thriller Section 84. The film is written and directed by Ribhu Dasgupta. Ribhu has worked with Bachchan previously for the TV series Yudh and the film Te3n.

Diana took to Instagram on Monday to share a photo of the film’s script with the caption, “Can’t tell you just how excited I am about this one! A dream come true really, to be sharing screen space with the one and only @amitabhbachchan @ribhu_dasgupta , thank you for having me on board! Can’t wait to get this started! #Section84.”

While the plot of the film is still under wraps, Section 84 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) talks about an act, if done by a person of an unsound mind, to not be considered as an offense.

Talking about the collaboration with Amitabh Bachchan, Ribhu had said, "I feel happy, blessed, and honoured to collaborate with sir again. Looking forward to it."

Diana was last seen alongside Akshay Kumar, Emraan Hashmi and Nushrratt Bharuccha in Selfiee.
