Bholaa earns over Rs 30 crore in three days

The film, a remake of Lokesh Kanagaraj’s 2019 film Kaithi, is directed by Ajay Devgn, who also stars in it as the lead

Bholaa earns over Rs 30 crore in three days

Ajay Devgn’s Bholaa has raked in Rs 30.70 crore in three days since its release. The film, a remake of Lokesh Kanagaraj’s 2019 film Kaithi, is directed by Ajay, who also stars in it as the lead. The film also has an ensemble cast of Tabu, Deepak Dobriyal and Gajraj Rao.

According to a statement, the film collected Rs 11.20 crore on Thursday, Rs. 7.40 crore on Friday and Saturday it minted Rs 12.10 crore making a total of Rs. 30.70 crore.

The word of mouth for Bholaa has resulted in great footfall on its first Saturday. “The film saw an upward trend on Saturday earning 12.10 crore and a grand total of 30.70 crores in three days,” the statement read.

The film also stars Sanjay Mishra and Vineet Kumar. Bholaa tells the story of an ex-convict who battles criminals while transporting a truck full of poisoned cops to the hospital in exchange for meeting his daughter after ten years of imprisonment.
