Makers of Adipurush to launch teaser in Ayodhya?

The reports are doing rounds that the most anticipated teaser of Adipursh, starring pan-Indian actor Prabhas and Kriti Sanon, will release on October 2.
 
The latest buzz also suggests that the makers and the cast will release the teaser in Ayodhya. Earlier, the plan was to release the first glimpse on October 3. A source told Bollywood Hungama that the team chose to release the teaser in Ayodhya as it is considered to be the birthplace of Lord Ram. It may be noted that the film is based on the deity Ram. However, no official announcement has been made yet.

Directed by Om Raut, the film is an adaptation of the Ramayana. Adipurush also stars Saif Ali Khan as the antagonist Lankesh and Prabhas essays Raghava. Produced by T-Series and Retrophiles, the film was simultaneously shot in Telugu and Hindi. Adipurush will also release in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and other languages. It is slated to release on January 12, 2023.
