Opening up about his role in the series, Resh shares, "I am playing one of the key characters in the series. Captain is a project close to my heart. In reverse to my another film Haddi with Nawazuddin, Captain was kind of my cup of tea. I was fully prepared as I was handed over the script months ago, by the direction team."

On with his co-actors Aditya Roy Kapur, Anil Kapoor and others, he adds, "I worked with Aditya, Shobhita, and Mr. Anil Kapoor for the very first time. We had done a few workshops together. But still, I was a bit nervous and alarmed by myself as far as performance is concerned. But my fellow actors were so supportive and full of positivity, that I took advantage of the beautiful surroundings. Working with giants of the craft including Prashant Narayanan in the series, was an absolute honour."
