Deepika Padukone attends jury dinner at Cannes, see pics

Deepika Padukone made her first appearance as a Cannes Film Festival jury member at a dinner party on Monday night. In the photos that went viral on social media, the actor can be seen attending a jury dinner at Hotel Martinez, Cannes, France, ahead of the film festival. She also posed with fellow jury members like Jeff Nichols, Asghar Farhadi, Joachim Trier and Vincent Lindon, among others.

Deepika went for a Louis Vuitton mini dress to grace the occassion. In a video shared by one of her fan pages on social media, the actor is all smiles as she enters the hotel for the dinner.

Earlier on Monday, the Piku-actor posted a vlog on her Instagram profile, giving a glimpse into Cannes. The actor can be seen talking about her 11-hour flight and adorably asking in the camera whether she should eat or sleep now.

When it comes to other members, Vincent Lindon is the President of the jury, while Deepika Padukone, Rebecca Hall, Asghar Farhadi, Trinca, Ladj Ly, Noomi Rapace, Jeff Nichols and Joachim Trier are competition members. The jury will announce this year's winners on May 28.

Meanwhile, Deepika is all set to feature in Pathaan with Shah Rukh Khan. She will also be seen in Fighter with Hrithik Roshan, and Project K with Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan.
