Kareena Kapoor Khan to make streaming debut in Sujoy Ghosh's next
The film, a murder mystery, also features Jaideep Ahlawat and Vijay Varma
Kareena Kapoor, Jaideep Ahlawat and Vijay Varma will headline Sujoy Ghosh's next, set to release on Netflix. The makers announced the film through a video of a script reading session between the actors and director. It is a screen adaptation of Keigo Higashino’s detective murder mystery novel, The Devotion of Suspect X.
Talking about the film, Sujoy shared, “Devotion is probably the best love story I’ve ever read. and to get a chance to adapt it into a film is such an honor. Plus I get a chance to work with Kareena, Jaideep and Vijay!!! What more can one ask for!!"

The film is produced by 12th Street Entertainment, Northern Lights Films in association with Boundscript and Kross Pictures. Sujoy has helmed mysteries like Kahaani and Badla in the past.
