Disney+ Hotstar announces action drama series Shoorveer   

The fictional series centres on an 'Elite Task Force' of the best across the top defense forces of India

The strongest officers from the Air Force, Navy and Army will come together in Disney+ Hostar's Shoorveer, a fictional action series centred on 'The Elite Task Force' of the best across the top defense forces of India. 

Created by Samar Khan and directed by Kanishk Varma, Shoorveer depicts the story of stealth operations, intense military training, air combat and intelligence subterfuge and above all of human relationships between our elite soldiers.  

The series features an ensemble cast of Makarand Deshpande, Manish Chaudhari, Regina Cassandra, Armaan Ralhan, Aadil Khan, Abhishek Saha, Anjali Barot, Kuldeep Sareen, Arif Zakaria, Faisal Rashid, Sahil Mehta  and Shivya Pathani. 

Shoorveer brings together the best of the army, navy and air force which got me interested in the story," Makarand Deshpande shared. "Manish Chaudhary and my character are to make this team the best defence force in India and keep them as our first line of defence. While filming the series it was an amazing journey of learning and unlearning things from all the talented actors."
