The trailer of Rocket Boys has been released. The show features Ishwak Singh and Jim Sarbh as Dr. Vikram Sarabhai and Dr. Homi J. Bhabha respectively. In the video, the two seem to begin as mentor-mentee, they progress to become partners but the trailer also indicates that their individual goals set them on different paths.

Homi on one that allows him to explore atomic energy in the garb of safeguarding the country, and Vikram in furthering the knowledge of space sciences. Misunderstanding seems to stem from their difference in opinions and it would be interesting to see how the show portrays each of their struggles and victory.

The trailer also introduces the two female leads in the Rocket Boys — Regina Cassandra as Mrinalini, who Vikram falls in love with; and Saba Azad as Parvana Irani who seems to have struck a romance with Homi.

Rocket Boys will premiere on SonyLIV on February 4, and is created by Nikkhil Advani, Roy Kapur Films, and Emmay Entertainment, and produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur, Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani, and Advani. The show has been directed by Abhay Pannu and also stars Dibyendu Bhattacharya, and Arjun Radhakrishnan in pivotal roles.
