Vivek Oberoi, Rohit Roy reunite for Verses of War, teaser out

The short film is a tribute to the Indian Army and will release on Republic Day

On the occasion of Army Day, Vivek Oberoi shared the teaser of his upcoming short film, Verses of War. The teaser shows Vivek leading a team of soldiers. They come upon enemy fire but forge ahead bravely.

Verses of War is directed by Prasad Kadam. The film also features Rohit Roy as a Pakistani army officer. Vivek and Rohit had last collaborated on Shootout At Lokhandwala (2007).

"A poetic tribute to the Indian Army on the Indian Army Day. Presenting the teaser of 'Verses of War'. Releasing this Republic Day exclusively on #FilmsByFnPmedia," Vivek wrote sharing the teaser.

Talking about the film, Vivek said, "Verses of War' salutes those brave and selfless soldiers who keep us safe."

He added, "We should never forget the countless heroes who have sacrificed their lives for one breath of our peace."
