Deepika Padukone to join Ajay Devgn in Rohit Shetty's Singham Again 

Deepika Padukone will enter Rohit Shetty's Cop Universe in Singham Again, the third installment in the Singham franchise. The film will unite Deepika for the first time with Ajay Devgn.

Sharing the news, trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, "Ajay Devgn teams with Deepika Padukone for the first time… #SinghamAgain reunites #RohitShetty and #DeepikaPadukone after #ChennaiExpress and #Cirkus [cameo].”

Deepika had previously worked with Rohit on Chennai Express (2013), co-starring Shah Rukh Khan. She has a cameo appearance in Cirkus, featuring her husband Ranveer Singh in a double role. 'Current Laga Re', the first song from Cirkus featuring Ranveer and Deepika together, was launched today in Mumbai. 

Ranveer also portrays Sangram Bhalerao aka Simmba in Rohit's copverse. He joined Ajay in a cameo appearance in Sooryavanshi (2021) starring Akshay Kumar.

Indian Police Force, an OTT offshoot of the Cop Universe, is also in the offing. The web show stars Sidharth Malhotra with Shilpa Shetty and Vivek Oberoi.
