Pink director Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury's next starring Pankaj Tripathi, Sanjana Sanghi and Parvathy Thiruvothu is going on floors today.

Written by Ritesh Shah, the film - an investigative drama and an emotional story about a dysfunctional family coming together – is being shot in Mumbai and Kolkata. It also stars Bangladeshi actor Jaya Ahsan in her debut Bollywood role along with Dilip Shankar, Paresh Pahuja and Varun Buddhadev.

The untitled film marks the debut production of Viraf Sarkari's Wiz Films. It is slated for release in 2023.

"There are three reasons why I agreed to do this film," Pankaj Tripathi said. "First, I've read a lot of scripts lately, and this one was one of the most amazing ones. Secondly, I've always wanted to work with Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury who is a fine director and thirdly, Wiz Films is a fantastic production company and I hold the partners in the highest regard."

Parvathy Thiruvothu, who made her Bollywood debut opposite Irrfan Khan in Qarib Qarib Singlle and was recently in the English-language Wonder Women, shared, "I feel it’s a massive opportunity for me to dismantle and unlearn because I’ll be working with Aniruddha and Pankaj. That’s always an amazing and scary process so you need people you can trust while you create a character so perceptive."
