Kumud Mishra-fronted Dr Arora to premiere on SonyLIV

Filmmaker Imtiaz Ali's upcoming series, Dr Arora, is set to premiere on SonyLIV. 

Created by the Rockstar filmmaker and directed by Sajid Ali and Archit Kumar, Dr Arora stars Kumud Mishra in the titular role. The show also features Gaurav Parajuli, Vivek Mushran, Ajitesh Gupta, Vidya Malvade, Sandeepa Dhar, and Shekhar Suman in pivotal roles.

"There is a new Dr arriving soon in town. Addressing some unspoken issues. This dramedy... is all set to stream soon on SonyLIV," a note from the streamer read.

The teaser of the series showcases Dr Arora, who is sought-after by men and women experiencing troubles in their sex life. Although we see the world of Dr Arora, we don't see Kumud but only hear his voiceover. 

We are also introduced to the other characters of the series, which chronicles the rise of Dr Arora and ends with the police searching for him.
