Kajol on not wishing SRK on birthday: His wishes came true when his son came home

Kajol, on Wednesday, appeared for an Ask Me Anything session on Instagram, answering questions on everything from her family life to working with Karan Johar again.

One of the queries concerned Shah Rukh Khan's recent birthday (on November 2) and why Kajol did not wish him on social media. Kajol and SRK are close friends and an iconic pairing of Hindi cinema.

Replying to the question, "Why you didn't wish SRK?", Kajol said: "What more can I wish him? I think all his wishes came true when his son (Aryan Khan) came back home."

Aryan Khan was released from jail last Saturday, a few days after the Bombay High Court granted him bail in the drugs on cruise case. Aryan was arrested on October 3 with seven others by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). He had spent most of his judicial custody in Mumbai's Arthur Road Jail.

In her AMA session, Kajol also said she'd love to work with Karan Johar again, provided it's 'the kind of film we'd want to do again together'. Kajol has worked with Karan on Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham and My Name Is Khan.

Kajol's last appearance was in Tribhanga (on Netflix). She stars in Revathy's upcoming directorial feature The Last Hurrah.
