Netflix's Tanya Bami on Aranyak: Humbled by the response

Aranyak has been featured in the Top 10 row in nine countries since its launch

Raveena Tandon-starrer Aranyak has turned out a winner for Netflix. According to the makers, the show, a crime thriller set in Himachal Pradesh, has been consistently featured in the Top 10 row in nine countries since its launch. 

“We are thrilled to see all the love that our series, Aranyak has received from audiences not only in India but even around the world. From Bahrain to Bangladesh, and Mauritius to the Maldives, Aranyak has been consistently featured in the Top 10 row in 9 countries since its launch," Tanya Bami, Series Head, Netflix India, says. 

"We hope the series continues to entertain viewers in India and around the world. As much as we are humbled by the response to our Indian original content so far, we are excited about 2022 which will feature many more exciting stories," she adds. 

The second season of Aranyak is reportedly on the way. The show is directed by Vinay Waikul and written by Charudutt Acharya. It is produced by Ramesh Sippy Entertainment and Roy Kapur Films.
