Riteish, Tamannaah team up for Netflix's Plan A Plan B

Netflix has announced on Monday that Riteish Deshmukh and Tamannaah Bhatia will be teaming up for a romantic comedy titled Plan A Plan B. Directed by Shashanka Ghosh, best known for directing Khoobsurat and Veere Di Wedding, the film will feature Poonam Dhillon and Kusha Kapila in supporting roles.

Written by Rajat Arora, Plan A Plan B tells the story of a matchmaker who believes marriage is for everyone except herself, and a successful divorce lawyer with a secret, who cross paths, and explores if opposites coexist or attract. The film will be produced by India Stories Media & Entertainment in association with Funk Your Blues Entertainment.

Riteish was last seen in the Tiger Shroff-led actioner Baaghi 3, and he has another Netflix original titled Kakuda, co-starring Sonakshi Sinha and Saqib Saleem, in the pipeline. On the other hand, Tamannaah has multiple projects in different stages of production, including Maestro, Seetimaarr, F3, and Gurthunda Seethakalam in Telugu, and Bole Chudiyan in Hindi
