Michael B Jordan gives behind the scenes glimpse of Creed III

Michael B Jordan has released a behind-the-scenes promotional video for his upcoming film Creed III. The third instalment in the Rocky spinoff series marks the directorial debut of the actor. The promotional video shows us Jordan narrating his idea behind the film, Creed III has reportedly been filmed in IMAX, making it the first ever sports film to be filmed in that format.

The film finds Adonis Creed at the peak of his career and the height of his fame while his estranged friend Damien returns to the boxer’s life and he brings chaos into his life with him. Damien is hungry to prove himself. Creed takes him under his wings and trains him to be a boxer but Damien’s chaotic energy eventually ends up making Damien and Creed clash with each other.

Jonathan Majors, best known for playing Kang in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, is joining the franchise as Damien. Apart from having Michael B Jordan in the titular role, Creed III brings back cast members Wood Harris, Tessa Thompson, and Phylicia Rashad from the previous films. Florian Munteanu, who played the central antagonist Viktor Drago in Creed 2, has also been confirmed to return for the third instalment. Creed III is currently scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on 03 March 2023
