The first official trailer for the upcoming film A Good Person has been released online. The film is written and directed by Zach Braff, who is best known for playing JD in the comedy series Scrubs. Billed as a comedy-drama, the film follows a young bride-to-be who has to deal with the unexpected death of her fiance, struggling to deal with her grief, she finds an unlikely companion in her deceased lover’s father.
Zach Braff, who predominantly stars in comedic roles, is also known for writing and directing films that deal with poignant themes and relationship dramas like Garden State, Wish I Was Here, and Going in Style.
The ensemble cast of the film includes Florence Pugh, Molly Shannon, Chinaza Uche, Celeste O'Connor, and Morgan Freeman. The filmmaker has also produced the film along with the lead actor Florence Pugh. Veteran actor Morgan Freeman had previously collaborated with Zach Braff in his 2017 film Going in Style.
A Good Person is currently scheduled for a US theatrical release on 24 March 2023.
