Trailer of Jessica Chastain and Anne Hathaway's Mothers' Instinct is out 

The trailer of the upcoming film Mothers' Instinct, featuring actors Jessica Chastain and Anne Hathaway, was released by the makers. The film, a psychological thriller, marks the directorial debut of cinematographer Benoit Delhomme.

“Mothers’ Instinct is about two best friends and neighbors, Alice and Céline, whose perfect lives in ‘60s suburbia are shattered by a tragic accident involving one of their children. We follow Alice and Céline as their familial bonds are gradually undermined by guilt and paranoia and a gripping battle of wills develops, revealing the darker side of maternal love,” reads the synopsis.

Anders Danielsen Lie and Josh Charles are also part of the cast. The film is based on Barbara Abel's book Mothers’ Instinct: A Novel of Suspense. The film is backed by Anne and Jessica along with Kelly Carmichael.

A release date is yet to be announced.
