Polite Society is all about sister camaraderie mash up with action, trailer is here

The action-packed trailer of Polite Society is out. The British film, written and directed by Nida Manzoor, showcases Ritu Arya and Priya Kansara as the sister duo in action. Polite Society will have its world premiere at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival and later will be released in the United Kingdom and in the United States in the month of April.

Polite Society tells the story of Ria Khan, a martial artist in training who believes that she must save her older sister, Lena, from her impending marriage. The film is billed to be a mash-up of family drama, comedy, and action-packed adventure. In this adventure, Ria enlists the help of her friends to pull off a very ambitious wedding heist, all for sisterhood and independence.

The film is Nida Manzoor’s directorial debut. Polite Society is produced by Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner for Working Title Films with Olivier Kaempfe and John Pocock for Parkville Pictures.
