Tom Hanks-starrer A Man Called Otto has crossed the $100 Million benchmark in the global market. According to Variety, the film's tally is $100.4 million, including $61.2 million in North America and $39.2 million internationally.
Directed by Marc Foster, the film revolves around a grumpy older man who slowly starts changing after developing an unlikely friendship with his neighbours.
The film is an adaptation of the novel, A Man Called Ove, written by Fredrik Backman. A Man Called Otto is a second adaptation following the Swedish film titled the same as the book, released in 2015.
