Reservation Dogs renewed for season 3

Reservation Dogs has been renewed for a third season. The comedy-drama centered around native American teenagers started premiering on Hulu on 9 August 2021. The show will premiere the final episode of the ongoing second season on 28 September.

The show received overwhelming critical praise upon release, winning Independent Spirit Award and a Peabody Award along with a Golden Globe and Critic’s Choice Television Awards nomination. Reservation Dogs is created by Thor: Ragnarok director Taika Waititi along with Sterlin Harjo. 

The primary cast of the series includes Devery Jacobs, D’Pharaoh Woon-A-Tai, Paulina Alexis, and Lane Factor along with Zahn McClarnon, Bobby Lee, Kirk Fox, and Elva Guerra in supporting roles. The critically acclaimed series was lauded for its realistic portrayal of the indigenous population in America and also for featuring a predominantly native American cast in leading roles.

With the production on the upcoming season yet to kick off, the makers have not confirmed a release date, it is expected that the third season will release sometime during 2023.
