First look teaser released for The Walking Dead: Dead City

According to the plot details revealed by the makers, Maggie and Negan might have to put aside their differences and work together in order to survive

The first look teaser trailer for the post-apocalyptic zombie-horror The Walking Dead: Dead City has been released online. The series is the fourth spinoff from The Walking Dead series and will feature Maggie and Negan from the original series. Maggie Rhee is played by Lauren Cohen while Negan Smith is portrayed by Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

Eli Jorné is the creator and showrunner of The Walking Dead series, which is based on the original comic series written by Robert Kirkman for Image Comics. According to the plot details revealed by the makers, Maggie and Negan might have to put aside their differences and work together in order to survive the post-apocalyptic hellscape. 

Lauren Cohen and Jeffrey Dean Morgan will be joined by cast members Gaius Charles, Željko Ivanek, Jonathan Higginbotham, Mahina Napoleon, Trey Santiago-Hudson, and Karine Ortiz. Although the makers are yet to confirm a release date, The Walking Dead: Dead City is currently scheduled to release in April 2023.
