Actors Louise Lombard and Jason Clarke have joined the cast of Christopher Nolan's upcoming release Oppenheimer.

The actors join the previously announced cast including Cillian Murphy, Emily Blunt, Florence Pugh, Robert Downey Jr., Matt Damon, Rami Malek, Benny Safdie, Josh Hartnett, Dane DeHaan, Jack Quaid, Matthew Modine, Dylan Arnold, David Krumholtz, Alden Ehrenreich, Michael Angarano, and David Dastmalchian

Revolving around the life of J Robert Oppenheimer, one of the fathers of the atomic bomb, Oppenheimer is an adaptation of Martin Sherwin and Kai Bird's Pulitzer Prize-winning book American Prometheus: The Triumph of J. Robert Oppenheimer

Nolan will write and direct Oppenheimer with Emma Thomas and Charles Rovan co-producing it. Set to hit theatres on July 21, 2023, the film recently began production.

Meanwhile, Clark, who is best known for his roles in Brotherhood, Pet Sematary, and Silk Road, is set to appear in the HBO series Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty. The actor is also set to appear in the upcoming crime thriller Black Site.

Lombard has appeared in series like CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Grimm, Lethal Weapon, and Stargate Universe. Currently, the actor stars as Trish Daniels in the After franchise and reprises the role in After Ever Happy, which is currently in post-production.
