Shooting for Sex Education's season four begins 

The filming of the fourth season of Sex Education series has begun. Actor Asa Butterfield, who plays the lead character Otis, confirmed the same on Twitter and posted a picture of him from the shooting sets.

The series was renewed for the fourth season in September last year during Netflix's TUDUM global fan event.

Sex Education stars Asa Butterfield as Otis Milburn, and Emma Mackey as Maeve Wiley as the leads. Ncuti Gatwa, Gillian Anderson, Connor Swindells, Kedar Williams-Stirling, Mimi Keene, and Alistair Petrie are also retained in the cast. Jemima Kirke, Jason Isaacs, Dua Saleh, and Indra Ové are also part of the cast. However, a few characters portrayed by Patricia Allison, Tanya Reynolds, Rakhee Thakrar, and Simone Ashley will be absent from the fourth season.

The third season has got a largely positive response with fans praising the makers for being more inclusive and also adding depth to the characters. However, little is known about the plot of the fourth season.
