David O Russell-Christian Bale film to release in 2022 

David O'Russell's next will reportedly release on November 4, 2022. The makers have fixed the release date aiming the major awards.

Apart from directing the film, Russell has also written the highly secretive film, which wrapped shooting this past March. The film has a very strong star cast comprising actors like Christian Bale, Bohemian Rhapsody star Rami Malek, veteran actor Robert De Nero, Oscar nominees Margot Robbie and Michael Shannon, Golden Globe winner Anya Taylor-Joy and Golden Globe nominee John David Washington. Grammy Winner Taylor Swift will also be seen in an important role. 

On the technical front, the film has cinematography by three-time Oscar winner Emmanuel Lubezki and a background score by Joker composer Hildur Guðnadóttir.

Russell is returning to direction after a gap of six years with this film. He last made the biographical comedy-drama Joy, starring Jennifer Lawrence.
