Gunpowder Milkshake, starring Karen Gillan, Lena Headey, and Carla Gugino, is set to hit screens in India on September 10, PVR Pictures announced. Directed by Navot Papushado, the film premiered on Netflix earlier this July in several parts of the world was and met with positive reviews.

The action film tells the story of a young assassin, played by Karen Gillan, who has to team up with her estranged assassin mother (Headey) and her former colleagues on a mission to save a young girl from being killed by other assassins.

Written by Navot Papushado and Ehud Lavski, the film also stars Chloe Coleman, Michelle Yeoh, Angela Bassett, and Paul Giamatti in supporting roles.
