Wes Anderson's next titled Asteroid City

Wes Anderson's next film has been titled Asteroid City, actor and frequent collaborator Bill Murray shared while speaking in a panel at the ongoing London Film Festival.

The filming of the project began earlier this August in Spain, and it features a massive star cast including Anderson's regulars and first-time collaborators such as Tilda Swinton, Tom Hanks, Margot Robbie, Scarlett Johansson, Adrien Brody, Bryan Cranston, Jeffrey Wright, Tony Revolori, Hope Davis, and Liev Schreiber.

According to reports, filming is underway in and around Madrid where the film's production design team has created a desert-like setting. The shooting of the film is expected to be near the finish line soon. Further details related to the project are currently under wraps.

On the other hand, Anderson's latest, The French Dispatch, which premiered to glowing reviews at Cannes earlier in July, is currently scheduled to release on October 22.
