Vijay's upcoming film Leo has already earned Rs 246 cr table profit

Actor Vijay and director Lokesh Kanagaraj's new collaboration titled Leo has already made Rs 246 crore table profit from digital, satellite, and music rights.

Lokesh Kanagaraj and Vijay have previously worked together in 2021's Master. According to Tracktollywood.com, their upcoming film titled, which currently has a budget of Rs 250 crore, has already collected a staggering amount of Rs 246 crore. The digital rights of the film fetched Rs 150 crore, while its satellite rights were sold for Rs 80 crore, and the music rights led to a collection of Rs 16 crore. 

The film is being produced by Seven Screen Studio. Leo features Trisha as the female lead, who has earlier worked with Vijay in Ghilli, Thirupachi, and Kuruvi. According to reports, the team is currently shooting in Kashmir.

The upcoming film also features Arjun, Mysskin, Priya Anand, Sanjay Dutt, Gautham Vasudev Menon, and Mansoor Ali Khan. The film's technical crew includes cinematographer Manoj Paramahamsa, stunt choreographer Anbariv, editor Philomin Raj, art director N Sathees Kumar, and dance choreographer Dinesh.

Lokesh Kanakaraj's last release was Vikram (2022), starring Kamala Hassan in the lead. The film has been credited as one of the most profitable films in Tamil cinema that year. Leo will hit the theatres on October 19.
