Alone teaser: Mohanlal stars as a lone warrior in Shaji Kailas' thriller

"Real heroes are always alone," says an all-white-clad Mohanlal in the teaser of Alone. The teaser of the Shaji Kailas film was unveiled today on the occasion of Mohanlal's 62nd birthday. 

Shaji directs the film that has a script written by Rajesh Jayaraman. Said to be a single-character/single-setting thriller, the film reunites Mohanlal with Shaji Kailas after 12 years. They have previously worked together in films like Aaraam Thampuran, Narasimham, Red Chillies, Natturajavu, and Ali Bhai.

Interestingly, Alone will have Shaji Kailas' son Jagan working as an assistant director. The film has Abhinandan Ramanujam cranking the camera while Jakes Bejoy composes the music.

Alone is produced by Antony Perumbavoor of Aashirvad Cinemas, the same banner that produced two of Mohanlal's recent releases, 12th Man and Bro Daddy.
