Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar - Netflix (May 1)

Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali in his OTT debut, Heeramandi is a Hindi series set pre-independent India against the backdrop of the freedom movement and tells the story of courtesans, nawabs and the British and the tussle for power amongst them. The ensemble cast stars Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Richa Chadha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Sharmin Sehgal, Fardeen Khan, Shekhar Suman and his son Adhyayan Suman.

The Broken News season 2 - Zee5 (May 3)

Starring Sonali Bendre, Jaideep Ahlawat, Shriya Pilgaonkar and Indraneil, The Broken News season 2 has been directed by Vinay Waikul and written by Sambit Mishra. The thriller series is based on the world of news reporting where dynamic journalists attempt to balance their lives while facing an uncertain future.

Shaitaan - Netflix (May 3)

Starring Ajay Devgn, Jyotika and Madhavan, Shaitaan, which was released theatrically on March 8 and narrated the story of a family whose lives are disrupted when their eldest daughter falls under the spell of black magic cast by a stranger. The film is directed by Vikas Bahl.

The Idea of You - Prime Video (May 2)

Anne Hathaway and and Nicholas Galitzine star in this romantic comedy film directed by Michael Showalter. It chronicles the love affair between a 40-year-old single mother who begins an unexpected romance with 24-year-old Hayes Campbell, the lead singer of a popular boy band.

Unfrosted - Netflix (May 3)

The upcoming American comedy film directed by Jerry Seinfeld in his feature directorial debut is loosely based on the true story of the creation of Pop-Tarts toaster pastries at a time when milk and cereal ruled breakfast. The film stars an ensemble cast that includes Seinfeld, Melissa McCarthy, Jim Gaffigan, Hugh Grant, and Amy Schumer.

Prom Dates - Disney+ Hotstar (May 3)

Directed by Kim O. Nguyen, Prom Dates stars Julia Lester, Antonia Gentry, Kenny Ridwan and JT NealJordan in this romantic drama. The film revolves around Jess and Hannah, childhood friends committed to having the perfect senior prom. But what happens when they break up with their dates just 24 hours before the big event?

Based on true incidents, Manjummel Boys revolves around a group of friends from a small town called Manjummel near Kochi, who decide to have a vacation in Kodaikanal. When one of them falls inside the 'Devil's Kitchen', the others strive with all their might to bring him back. Directed by Chidambaram, the film stars an ensemble cast and received widespread acclaim from audience and critics.

Happy Ending - Aha (May 3)
