2. X2:

3. X-Men: The Last Stand:

Worthington Labs' announcement of a mutation cure sparks a deep divide, with the X-Men vehemently opposing the notion. Meanwhile, Magneto and his followers prepare to take drastic action to prevent the cure from being used, fearing it could lead to the eradication of mutant identity and culture.

4. X-Men Origins: Wolverine:

Logan, a former mutant mercenary, has retired to a peaceful life with his partner Kayla. However, their tranquility is shattered when a ghost from Logan's past violently kills Kayla, prompting him to embark on a relentless quest for retribution and justice.

5. The Wolverine:

In Tokyo, Logan reunites with the terminally ill Yashida, an old friend, but their encounter takes a dark turn when Yashida proposes a deal: he'll remove Logan's burdensome healing factor, allowing him to finally die like a normal human. However, Logan declines the offer, leading to a downward spiral of events.

6. X-Men: Days of Future Past:

Wolverine is sent back in time to 1973 on a mission to prevent Mystique from assassinating Bolivar Trask, a ruthless military scientist. If successful, Wolverine's actions will alter the course of history, averting a dystopian future where Trask's death leads to the development of deadly robots designed to eradicate both humans and mutants.

7. Deadpool:

Wade Wilson, a former mercenary, is subjected to a sadistic experiment by Ajax, a deranged scientist, who aims to cure Wade's cancer and grant him accelerated healing abilities. However, the experiment disfigures Wade, driving him to seek brutal vengeance against Ajax and his accomplices, transforming him into the vengeful anti-hero known as Deadpool.

8. Logan:

Emerging from his self-imposed exile, Logan agrees to protect and transport Laura, a gifted young mutant, to a secure haven. Along their perilous journey, they join forces with other fleeing mutants, all of whom are being ruthlessly pursued by a sinister corporation that has subjected them to inhumane experimentation.

9. Deadpool 2:

Deadpool wants to protect Russell, a young mutant being pursued by the authorities, but his efforts land him in jail. After a daring escape, Deadpool assembles a misfit team of mutants to prevent a time-travelling assassin, Cable, from eliminating Russell, who is being targeted due to his potentially catastrophic future actions.

10. The biggest catch of Deadpool and Wolverine is that this film from the X-Men series makes an official entry into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. From the trailer, we know Loki's Time Variance Authority plays a major role in the film, and that Ant Man also makes an appearance. So, it is important you catch both seasons of the Loki TV series before catching the film, while you also catch the latest MCU films, if not all.
