Maharaja - July 12 - Netflix
Maharaja, Vijay Sethupathi's 50th film, will premiere on Netflix on July 12. The much-acclaimed thriller is helmed by Nithilan Saminathan and also stars Anurag Kashyap, Mamta Mohandas, and Natty Natraj, among others.

Hit List is a thriller helmed by the debutant director duo Sooryakathir Kaakkallar and K Karthikeyan, that stars Sarath Kumar and debutant Vijay Kanishka, and is bankrolled by KS Ravikumar's RK Celluloids. In the movie, Vijay Kanishka plays a man (Vijay) whose mother and sister are kidnapped by a masked man, and is made to carry out the orders of the abductor in order to save his family from being killed.

Ekam is the debut web series of Rakshit Shetty's Paramvah Studios. It is an anthology of seven stories that span multiple geographies, cultures, people, and lifetimes. Interestingly, the makers created a custom OTT platform to release the series through TVOD (Transactional Video On Demand).
Vikings: Valhalla Season 3: Netflix (July 11)
The third and final season of Vikings: Valhalla, a sequel to the original Vikings series, will be released on Netflix. Valhalla is set around 100 years after the events of the original and is created by Jeb Stuart and Michael Hirst.
Pill: JioCinema (July 12)
Riteish Deshmukh's debut web series, Pill, is created by Raj Kumar Gupta, who is known for movies like Aamir (2008), No One Killed Jessica (2011), and Raid (2018). It is produced by Ronnie Screwvala's RSVP Movies.
Showtime Season 1: Part 2: Disney+ Hotsar (July 12)
The remaining episodes of the Emraan Hashmi-starrer Showtime Season 1 are to be released on July 12 on Disney+ Hotstar. The series also stars Naseeruddin Shah, Mahima Makwana, Mouni Roy, Rajeev Khandelwal, Shriya Saran, and Vijay Raaz in pivotal roles.

Karataka Damanaka is a Kannada film starring Shivarajkumar and Prabhu Deva, directed by Yogaraj Bhat. Taking inspiration from the Panchatantra, the director explores the duality of foxes, symbolising the eternal struggle between good and evil.
