Actor Sree Vishnu’s Needi Naadi Oke Katha (NNOK) is gearing up for release on March 23. Directed by Venu Udugula, the film is an emotional drama revolving around the rift between the hero and his father.

Filmmaker Sekhar Kammula, who watched the film at a special screening, is all praise for the debutant director for presenting the story in a realistic manner. “I’m really excited and happy for Venu Udugula. This is a big thing for a debutant director. I’m sure everyone will connect with the story. He has chosen a sensible subject -- how parents are putting a lot of pressure on their children to perform well in academics. This contemporary issue is addressed neatly without hurting anyone’s sentiments. The father-son relationship is captured well, too. I liked Sree Vishnu’s performance and his Rayalaseema diction evokes hearty laughs,” said Kammula.

Presented by Nara Rohith and produced by Prashanthi and Krishna Vijay under Aran Media Works, the film also stars Satna Titus as its female lead. It has music by Suresh Bobbili and cinematography by Raj Thota of Arjun Reddy fame.
