ImMATURE, the Indian web series heads to Cannes

ImMATURE, an Indian web series, has been selected to compete against series from the US, Canada, South Korea, France and Spain in the first ever edition of the Cannes International Series Festival, CANNESERIES.

The Cannes Film Festival is held annually in France, where films from all over the world are screened. From this year the organisers have decided to have an exclusive festival, CANNESERIES,  to recognise web series all over the world and provide them an international platform. The festival will be held between April 4-11 this year.

ImMATURE is a yet-to-be-released web series that follows the life of a sixteen-year-old boy, Dhruv, and his friends who experience their first drink, first love, first fight and first heartbreak in their late teens. The five-episode coming-of-age web series, produced by The Viral Fever (TVF) and directed by Prem Mistry, is the sole Indian web series to compete at the CANNESERIES festival.
