Sushant better prepared for Kedarnath: Abhishek Kapoor

Director Abhishek Kapoor, who will begin shooting Kedarnath from Tuesday, says the movie's lead actor Sushant Singh Rajput is in far better form than he was during his Kai Po Che! debut. Kapoor had directed Kai Po Che!, and he is excited about working with Sushant again.

Kapoor shared an image of Sushant on Twitter and expressed his admiration for the actor.

Sushant replied to the director, and said:

Kapoor, on Sunday, also shared a photograph of the film's script and said he was excited for the journey of the film.

The film, which marks the Bollywood debut of Saif Ali Khan's daughter Sara, is a love story set against the holy temple town of Kedarnath, and the makers are hoping to release it in the summer of 2018.
