Villain to hit the screens on Oct 27

Director B Unnikrishnan's next titled Villain with Mohanlal in the lead, will hit the screens on October 27. The makers have confirmed the date. While the team is busy with post-production works, there are speculations that the date has been moved so as to avoid a clash with Vijay's Mersal which will hit the screens on October 18.

Villain which will be released in three languages - Telugu, Malayalam and Tamil - will have Tamil actor Vishal playing the antagonist. While Mohanlal is seen in a salt-and-pepper avatar, Hansika will be spotted in an extended cameo.
