Sreesha’s tryst with the sixth sense

Sreesha Belakvaadi joins the list of first-time directors who want to try something different with their first films. Marking his directorial debut with Mojo, Sreesha is co-producing the film along with his NRI friends Sathish Pathak, Manayya Bellignur and Santhosh Patil, who are software engineers based in Calfornia.

Mojo is a thriller, which he says is all about the sixth sense. "Performed by seasoned theatre artistes, Manu and Anoosha, the movie is a precognitive thriller, weaving elements of the mystical nature of the human mind. The story unfolds the myriad dimensions of a murder," the director explains.

Interestingly, the film’s music is composed by director SD Aravinda of the Last Bus fame, with Ananth Urs as its cinematographer.  The makers, who have now presented their film to the censor board, will soon make rounds at various festivals while also planning for its global release.
