Mahesh-Trivikram film shelved?

The actor-director duo's collaboration was planned twice before and failed to materialise; word has it the third time will not be the charm either
Mahesh-Trivikram film shelved?

Early this year, actor Mahesh Babu posted a series of tweets announcing his line-up for 2017. The Dookudu star has stated that he would be doing a film each with directors Koratala Siva, Vamsi Paidapally and Trivikram Srinivas, besides Spyder with AR Murugadoss.

It looks like Mahesh’s film with Trivikram is not going to happen anytime soon, and speculations have been running rife that the project has been shelved. “Mahesh and Trivikram’s film was planned twice -- once after Srimanthudu and again after Brahmotsavam, but the actor choose to go ahead with Spyder and made the director wait for him. Trivikram was not pleased with these developments and has moved onto Pawan Kalyan’s film and is committed to direct Jr NTR in his next,” informs a source.

It is also learnt that after Vamshi’s film, Mahesh is likely to join hands with director VV Vinayak for a new film to be funded by Mythri Movie Makers and is also in talks with director Boyapati Srinu for another film to be bankrolled by 14 Reels Entertainment.
