Flash solo film no longer titled Flashpoint

The upcoming DC extended universe Flash solo film might not be titled Flashpoint. The makers have confirmed the change in the film's title as of now.

An American magazine wrote, "Writer Dan Mazeau, who will work on the script for an onscreen adaptation of Ernie Cline’s Armada, worked on the solo Flash film when it was titled Flashpoint,” clearly highlighting the change in the title.

Flashpoint is a 2011 comic book crossover story by DC comics. The story features Barry Allen, who goes back to the past to stop his mother’s murder, in turn, altering the timeline and creating a new alternate reality in which the lives of all the DC heroes are completely messed up and Barry is no longer The Flash.

Ezra Miller reprises his role as The Flash in the solo film, along with Kiersey Clemons as Iris West, Billy Crudup as Henry Allen, Ray Fisher as Cyborg and likely Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman. The superhero film was initially slated to hit theaters on March 16 this year, but considering the ongoing changes in the script and crew, the film is currently expected to be released in 2020.
