Nithiin’s next is Gurthundaa Seethakalam

After blockbuster A...Aa, actor Nithiin has joined hands with Trivikram Srinivas for a new film which is being helmed by director Krishna Chaitanya of Rowdy Fellow fame. Being produced jointly by Pawan Kalyan and Sudhakar Reddy, the film is touted to be a romantic entertainer.

According to our well-placed sources, the makers have picked an interesting title for the film. As it’s a breezy love story, the team has chosen the lyrical title -- Gurthundaa Seethakalam. “The team has locked on the title, but are yet to register it at the Chamber. It has an authentic feel and also reflects the emotion and feel the story has,” informs a source.  

The film’s shooting is nearing completion and a new schedule is expected to begin in the last week of December. “Recently, the team has wrapped up a long schedule in the US and Ooty where they have shot some crucial scenes and songs. The remaining portions will be shot post Christmas, and if everything falls into place, the film will be released during summer,” the source adds.

Also starring Megha Akash, Rao Ramesh and Lissy, Gurthundaa Seethakalam has music by SS Thaman
